I placed my order and got an email saying it was shipped. I checked every day for an update and after ten days I reached out to customer service seeing if there was a new update because everytime I tried to track my package online it showed they could not find my order or shipment number. Customer service replied after three more days had passed saying that it had shipped and asked for the order number. I emailed back immediately with the order number. It has been another seven days. I have not heard anything back and have not received my order. I love this brand but I have hated this experience enough to completely switch brands at this point.
