Hair Styling Clay for Men Strong Hold Matte Finish Water Based

Perfect Matte finish and great hold.

I have tried a lot of other products and this is by far the best. I have medium-length heavy hair and this holds it in place very well. I read through a lot of reviews on this and most people's concerns can be solved with common sense.

1) It's hard to wash out: When washing your hair in the shower leave the shampoo in your hair until the end of the shower. This helps break down the product so it comes out easier. If you have thinning hair or brittle hair I'd recommend not using a clay product.

2) The scent is awful : I actually think it smells decent. It's not an overpowering scent at all. I smell my shampoo scent over the scent of the clay product.

3) It makes your hair greasy: I don't understand this one at all. I apply the clay when my hair is dry. This gives it a very natural look with no shine or greasy/wet look. The best way would be to apply when your hair is damp, then blow dry. My hair is extremely thick and heavy so applying dry does not pull out my hair or damage it.

I am by no means a professional when it comes to hair or styling it. However, I have been through many products that claim to leave a natural and firm hold. This is by far the best I have come across. And best of all, it's far below the price of most other products. I have tried some that are double this price and have been awful. Hope this helps!
